I need to hold my hands up, sadly, due to Daley Blind sliding what looked like 1,000 feet off the pitch, we lost our Manchester United bet as they won 2-1. Now we bounce back with two matches for Wednesday as we have some huge matches, and I will guarantee both will hit! We also have a massive blog coming on Thursday to get you ready for the Premier League and something special for the Manchester Derby on Sunday!

Manchester City F.C. @ FC Shakhtar Donetsk
Manchester City: +162
What more can I say about Manchester City? Everyone on their team is doing extremely well as they are just walking to the Premier League title and the top of their Champions League group. Now before their massive weekend, as they face Manchester United (huge preview for that coming), they will take a trip to "lovely" Ukraine and face a team that needs a win in Shakhtar Donetsk. With a win, Napoli would lead frog the Ukrainian side which seems pretty likely due to them playing the worst team in this group which means, for them to stay alive in the Champions League they NEED at least one point. Now, will they get it? According to the odd makers, they have a huge shot as for once; Manchester City has positive odds. For me, it doesn't matter who plays for Manchester City, one 50 million pound player leaves, a 35 million pound player comes in. Even in the tough conditions that can come with going to places like this, they will get it done, it may not be by a large margin but they will win, and I see the home team spending the rest of the cold winter getting ready for Thursdays.
Prediction: 2-0 Manchester City
APOEL FC @ Tottenham Hotspur F.C. (-1.5)
APOEL (+1.5): +103
Tottenham (-1.5): -129
There's a lot to discuss with Tottenham, first off, we know for a scientific fact Dele Alli will play tomorrow as he will try to get his form back on track before a critical month for Tottenham Hotspur. Secondly, they will have some youth in the team tomorrow with Luke Amos and Kazaiah Sterling, but I don't know if both will start, but if the game gets out of hand, I see them coming on. Obviously, this game isn't too important, Tottenham has already won the group, but with Tottenham having a rough time in the Premier League they need a decisive win at home. I also see players like Serge Aurier and Davinson Sánchez playing to give some experience to what could be a very young team. Even with the poor performances of Tottenham, we know they have been amazing in Europe, and it would be fitting for Dele to score a hat trick, then for them to lose on the weekend...Spursy shall never die.
Prediction: 3-0 Spurs
