Last night we had a terrible night as the Dallas Stars (especially Tyler Seguin) are officially on my shit list as they were the reason for our losing parlay. Even though I am annoyed, we must move on as we have a new and improved parlay including all three games tonight.
Pittsburgh Penguins vs New York Islanders - (-150)
The New York Islanders host the Penguins tonight which will be a rematch of the Penguins 3-2 win against the Islanders just under two weeks ago. The Penguins are sixth in the Eastern Conference in the last ten games as the Islanders are dead last in 16. The Islanders have been awful this season and will not be able to stop the Penguins; this can get ugly.
Over/Under Prediction: Over
Toronto Maple Leafs vs Calgary Flames - (+100)
The Toronto Maple Leafs are going back to back in Alberta as they beat the Oilers last night, and now they go up against one of the WORST defensive teams in the NHL the Calgary Flames. The Flames are 26 in the NHL and also the third most goals conceded this season. On the other side of the ice, the Leafs are the fourth highest scoring team so I can ONLY see a high-scoring Leafs win.
Over/Under Prediction: Over
San Jose Sharks vs Los Angeles Kings - (+105)
The San Jose Sharks go up against their California rivals the LA Kings in the main matchup of the night. Both teams are hot as they are 6-3-1 in the last ten games so this is going to be a game that everyone should be staying up for. Even though the Kings are on a five-game winning streak, I think the Sharks will just edge this to go 2-0 against the Kings this season.

We are back with the NHL Parlay! We have a full schedule of games tonight, and as always we have three games that will make you an amazing parlay.
New York Rangers vs Carolina Hurricanes - (-190)
The New York Rangers host the Hurricanes at Madison Square Garden tonight which will be one of the easier games of the night to call. The Rangers were shut out by the Senators in their last game but besides that their offense is still on fire and now Henrik Lundqvist seems to be back to his best after an amazing performance against the Flyers. The key player tonight will be Chris Kreider, with his speed and power I think he will have a major night against the Hurricanes as the Rangers will this game easily.
Over/Under Prediction: Under
Buffalo Sabres vs Ottawa Senators - (+140)
The Buffalo Sabres go to Ottawa tonight and face the Senators in what will be a close and hard game to call. The Sabres will have a massive boost, and it seems that their golden boy Jack Eichel will make his debut tonight after that awful leg injury. With the emotional high of getting back one of the most promising players in the NHL, I think the Sabres will shock the NHL tonight and beat the Sabres.
Over/Under Prediction: Over
Dallas Stars vs Detroit Red Wings - (+120)
The Stars go to Detroit tonight in a game that seems like could be the start of the Stars getting their season on track. The Stars were awful at the start of the year but now they are slowly improving and now are 5-2-3 in their last ten games. With how poor the Redwings have been of late I think the Stars with their offense will have a field day and win this game easily.

Five: Middleborough and Leicester Supporters Fight After Exciting 2-2 Draw
Well, first I guess I would start by saying here at DST, we don't condone violence at games of any kind (but honestly, sometimes it's necessarily). This fight, even though it wasn't as bloody or aggressive as Green Street (awesome movie), it was still an exciting and amusing fight. As always, these videos have two MAJOR components.
1. The Red Sweater Guy - I don't know who this man is, but I would never expect a man in a red sweater would be just swinging away at random peoples faces. Even though he is may not be the greatest fighter, you need to respect the effort.
2. The Wanna Be Hooligan (0:10) - This man is hilarious, I have no clue why or exactly who he is but if you are dressed in a scarf mask and obviously looking to fight when you see a scruffle you need to throw down.... all talk from that man.
Four: Philippe Coutinho Leaves Match on a Stretcher With an Ankle Injury
Philippe Coutinho will have a scan on his ankle with fears of ankle ligament damage. As we saw with Harry Kane, losing your most important player is not just bad for on the field but can damage the player's psyches as well. I am no doctor, but the photo I saw of Coutinho's ankle didn't look good at all (and frankly made me want to vomit) IF you are someone that would like to see I will leave a link to it HERE (Don't want to post for the squeamish readers). If he is out for months, I can see Liverpool sliding down the table.
Three: Eriksen Scores His First Goal in 19 Matches to Break Chelsea's Shutout Streak
(Video Courtesy of NBCSN)
I've been very critical Christian Eriksen, for someone of his quality he should be scoring more goals and being more consistent. This goal was special but he should be doing this more, at his age, he still has a chance to one day be at the Mesut Özil levels but sadly, he is nowhere near close or consistent enough for that right now. If you just take the goal for what it was, it was a beauty. I watched this match at the New York Spurs Bar (Link to the Pubs Twitter), and when he scored the place erupted, Tottenham fan or not you should expect more stuff like this from Eriksen.
Post Goal Video Below
Two: Pedro's Stunning Strike to Level Chelsea Right Before Half Time Against Spurs
(Video Courtesy of NBCSN)
Pedro scored a gorgeous goal against rival Tottenham that was the dagger in the Spurs players hearts as this was the moment that propelled Chelsea to win. Tottenham has tendecies to mentally "check out" when shit hits the fan in the past due to their teams inexperienced and Pedro scoring this gorgeous goal right before half-time deflated the away side. To beat Hugo Lloris from this distance is nearly impossible but he just made it look easy. Bravo Pedro, Bravo (But Fuck You).
1. Pogba Dives And José Mourinho Sent to The Stands
(Video Courtesy of NBCSN)
There are two things about this we need to cover. The first one is the dive from Paul Pogba; this is completely embarrassing, and I HOPE the FA keeps carding players who not just dive but waste time with faking injuries. Pogba, who is having an awful season with United made himself look like a laughing stock here, and it's just flat out shitty to see someone like him do that. Poor on his part.
Now to the more important part, José Mourinho. He has completely lost the plot. He has spent 145 Million Pounds (not including the CRAZY wages of Zlatan Ibrahimović who was a free transfer). I don't care who you are but if you spend this much on players you should be challenging for the title, and right now they seem like they won't even make the Europa League. With his ego, lack of wins, boring style, poor player management and now his temper tantrums, he might be leaving Old Trafford sooner than we think.
What were your favorite moments of Matchday 13? What moments made you upset? Let us know by Tweeting (and following) us on Twitter at DST_Tweets.
It was another sad and disappointing day for me due to Tottenham's defeat to Chelsea. All I want to do is cry and never speak of this week ever again. However, I love you guys way too much not to give you the Three Stars of Saturday.
Third Star: Fernando Llorente - Swansea City A.F.C.
Fernando Llorente was the hero for Swansea City as his heroic 24 Minute display got Bob Bradley a MUCH needed a victory against Swansea's relegation rival, Crystal Palace. Llorente has struggled since his move to the Premier League, but this is EXACTLY what any striker needs to get back on the horse (hey Vincent Janssen, looking at you). Llorente ended the match with an 8.75 Match Rating which was just .05 under getting him Man of the Match.
Enjoy this HEROIC Match here! (courtesy of NBC Sports Network):
Second Star: Nicolás Otamendi - Manchester City F.C.
When Manchester City win it's usually due to their amazing midfielder or Sergio Agüero's prowess. Not today, even though Sergio Agüero got a brace, Nicolás Otamendi is finally showing how great he is with a Man of the Match Display against Burnley. Otamendi ended the match with an 8.92 Match Rating and even got an assist which is very rare for a center back. I usually am very critical of Otamendi, but today he impressed the entire league.
First Star: Álvaro Negredo - Middlesbrough F.C.
Álvaro Negredo and Middleborough had an amazing weekend as they drew with Premier League Champions Leicester City 2-2. Negredo had two goals as he is slowly showing why Middleborough tried so hard to sign the Spaniard. At the start of the season I said Middleborough would be the surprise team due to Negredo's goals and he is slowly showing why his goals can keep this club in the Premier League for years to come.

When Friday comes around, i'm always excited. It means I can forget about the week and just focus on the best league in the world. This is more relevant than before because Tottenham Hotspur is out of the Champions League which is making my Thanksgiving week utter shit. Even though I am truly crushed, life goes on, and all we can do is get back on the horse with an amazing Parlay.
Watford F.C. vs Stoke City F.C. - (+133)
Watford is one of the surprises of the Premier League as many people believe they could be in a relegation battle after getting rid of their old manager Quique Sánchez Flores (I was one of them). They are proving many people wrong as their big players have been fantastic this season and especially ex-Spurs outcast Étienne Capoue. Watford now hosts the inconsistent Stoke City in what will be a close match, but with the skill of Watford and the flip-flopping style of Stoke, I think Watford will edge it.
Watford Predicted XI:
Gomes, Kaboul, Prodl, Britos, Janmaat, Capoue, Behrami, Holebas, Amrabat, Deeney, Pereyra
Stoke Predicted XI:
Grant, Johnson, Shawcross, Martins Indi, Pieters, Adam, Whelan, Shaqiri, Bojan, Arnautovic, Bony
Prediction: 3-1 Watford
Manchester United F.C. vs West Ham United F.C. - (-218)
Manchester United may be struggling of late, but this might be the match that will spur them to get to where they should be in the table. They are coming off a terrific win the Europa League, and now they go up against a defeated West Ham team. West Ham is coming off an awful loss to Tottenham as they choked a 2-1 lead as it seems that West Ham's manager Slaven Bilić has lost his magic touch. Manchester will win easily.
Manchester United Predicted XI:
De Gea, Valencia, Jones, Rojo, Darmian, Carrick, Mata, Herrera, Pogba, Rashford, Ibrahimovic
West Ham Predicted XI:
Randolph, Kouyate, Collins, Ogbonna, Antonio, Noble, Obiang, Cresswell, Lanzini, Payet, Sakho
Prediction: 3-0 Manchester United
West Bromwich Albion F.C. vs Hull City F.C. - (+157)
West Brom is coming off an amazing game as they beat Burnley 4-0 in one of the most surprising scorelines of the season. Now they go to Hull which will be a scrappy and a hard game for both teams, but the biggest factor will be confidence and West Brom has loads of that. This game won't be pretty, but West Brom will win.
West Brom Predicted XI:
Foster, Dawson, Mcauley, Evans, Nyom, Fletcher, Yacob, Brunt, Morrison, Phillips, Rondon
Hull Predicted XI:
Marshall, Elmohamady, Davies, Dawson, Robertson, Snodgrass, Livermore, Mason, Clucas, Henriksen, Mbokani
Prediction: 1-0 West Brom

Thanksgiving or not we will always give you the best chance to win in daily fantasy. This weekend I've done more research, dove into more stats about who are bound to have the best games in the weekend fixtures (To get my mind off Tottenham missing out on the Round of 16). As always these players are from the Saturday Fixtures (Minus the Early Morning Match).
Loris Karius (GK): Liverpool F.C. - 5,900
Loris Karius and Liverpool host Sunderland at Anfield and what will be an easy win for the home team. Karius and Liverpool are coming off a 0-0 draw against Southampton, and I can see Karius getting another clean sheet as Sunderland are a very poor team. This is our DST Lock of The Day (Patent Pending) as Sunderland are shit, and Liverpool has been looking good.
Philippe Coutinho (M): Liverpool F.C. - 9,500
Philippe Coutinho has been on fire this season and now he goes up against a future relegated club Sunderland F.C. Even though Sunderland are looking a bit better I don't think they will be able to stop Coutinho and the rest of the Liverpool attack. I think this game can get ugly as I see Liverpool going up 5-6 goals.
Harry Kane (F): Tottenham Hotspur F.C. - 8,200
The King of London Derbies goes up against Chelsea this weekend in what will be a MUST WATCH after last years famous "The Battle of the Bridge". In Harry Kane's short but great career he has played in 24 London Derbies and has scored 18 in them (3 in 4 against Chelsea). Even though I don't think Tottenham will win, I think Harry Kane will get opportunities to score, and he will take them.
Enjoy Some Gorgeous Harry Kane Goals!
I don't like getting sentimental on this blog but since it's Thanksgiving I thought I would just say I am truly grateful and thankful for all of you that tune in to this blog. This blog would be nothing without you guys who read and comment your opinions. Hopefully, we can just keep growing. Thank you and enjoy your holiday.

I'm not going to sugar coat it; Tuesday was a pretty awful day for me. Tottenham crashed out of the Champions League, and I lost my NHL and Champions Parlay. Even though it was flat out an awful day, there is no better cure for an awful day than winning some money with Champions League Football!
Manchester City F.C. vs Borussia Mönchengladbach - (-130)
Manchester City goes to Germany to face an exciting Borussia Mönchengladbach (also know as "A German Team"). This game will go down to the forwards. Even though Borussia has some great players on them, it still won't be enough to match Yaya Touré, Sergio Agüero, Kevin De Bruyne and Raheem Sterling. Manchester City's last Champions League match they beat FC Barcelona which will give them all the confidence they need to win away from home.
Manchester Predicted XI:
Bravo, Sagna, Stones, Otamendi, Kolarov, Fernandinho, Sterling, Gundogan, sSilva, De Bruyne, Aguero
Mönchengladbach Predicted XI:
Sommer, Vestergaard, Christiansen, Elvedi, Traore, Dahoud, Strobl, Wendt, Stindl, Hazard, Raffael
Prediction: 3-1 Manchester City
FC Basel vs PFC Ludogorets Razgrad - (+180)
Basel goes to Ludogorets to play in a match which will ultimately decide who goes to the Europa League and who fucks off of Europe. This game will most likely be boring, but Basel will edge it as they have all the momentum as they are dominating their domestic league by 15 points. This won't be the most fashionable game, but it will make you money.
Ludogorets Predicted XI:
Stoyanov, Plastun, Minev, Cicinho, Palomino, Sasha, Andrianantenaina, Misidjan, Marcelinho, Cafu, Keseru
Basel Predicted XI:
Vaclík, Suchy, Lang, Hoegh, Riveros, Delgado, Zuffi, Xhaka, Bjarnason, Elyounoussi, Doumbia
Prediction: 1-0 Basel
Beşiktaş J.K. vs S.L. Benfica - (+159)
Benfica goes to Turkey in what will be one of the most close matches of Wednesday. Benfica with a win would keep pace with Napoli and clinch a spot in the round of 16. Even though many teams have issues going to Turkey, I think with how important this match is, they will get it done.
Beşiktaş Predicted XI
Fabri, Gonul, Marcelo, Nukan, Beck, Arslan, Hutchinson, Quaresma, Ozyakup, Tosun, Aboubakar
Benfica Predicted XI:
Ederson Moraes, Semedo, Luisao, Lindelof, Eliseu, Pizzi, Cervi, Salvio, Samaris, Goncalo Guedes, Mitroglou
Prediction: 2-0 Benfica

This week was a crazy one for me in the world of sports. I had my beloved Tottenham win 3-2 against West Ham, Rangers coming back from 2-0 down last night to beat the Penguins, going 0-10 in College Football and worst of all, Mika Zibanejad breaking his Fibula in a game where Barkov embarrassed Lundqvist in a shootout. Now this is all behind me; I can focus on making you an amazing Parlay to help you have something else to talk about at Thanksgiving besides Politics.
Toronto Maple Leafs vs Carolina Hurricanes - ( -130)
The young and promising Toronto Maple Leafs go up against the Hurricanes which has the chance to be the best game of the night. Both teams are playing well as the Hurricanes are slowly looking like one of the shock teams in the NHL this season. In saying this, the biggest factor will be the fact that the Maple Leafs are 7-2-0 at home and the Canes are a terrible 2-3-4 away from home. This will be close, but the home team will edge it.
Over/Under Prediction : Over
St. Louis Blues vs Boston Bruins - (+115)
The Blues go to Boston tonight to play against the Bruins in what will be a hard and emotional game as David Backes goes up against his ex-team. The Bruins are second to last in the Eastern Conference in Home Record which is a huge issue going up against a team who is capable of scoring goals. Rask is also significantly worse at home than he is away from home which is a huge factor. This will be close, but the Blues will win.
Over/Under Prediction: Over
Florida Panthers vs Philadelphia Flyers - (-140)
The Florida Panthers host the Flyers tonight in a game where this is easily going to the home team. The Panthers did something not many teams have done this year which stops the New York Rangers from scoring more than three goals. If the Panthers can stop/,score against the Rangers they can easily do it against the Flyers. This is out DST Lock of The Day.
Over/Under Prediction: Under

The Champions League is back! This is one of the most stressful match days I can remember as there are multiple must win situations for some of the top teams (looking at you Tottenham). As always, we have three highly contested matches that are sure to make you some big bucks. Even though, we are only previewing three matches, if you have any questions about the other matches, feel free to Tweet us and ask at DST_Tweets!
Tottenham Hotspur F.C. vs AS Monaco FC - (+186)
Tottenham Hotspur is on cloud nine after their incredible 3-2 win over their London rivals West Ham United (Highlights). There is much to celebrate if you are a Spurs supporter as it seems Harry Kane is back to his old self after a brutal ankle injury that sidelined him for most of the season so far. Tottenham now goes to Monaco which is a MUST win if they want any chance to make it to the round of 16 in the Champions League. I see Tottenham resting some players in this match (Walker, Dier, Wanyama) as they have Chelsea away this Saturday. Monaco is in great form as they are second in the France Ligue 1 and are proving everyone wrong (I predicted them to finish last...oops!). If they do win they practically clinch first place in the group. I think with the importance of the match for Spurs, and now with Harry Kane back firing on all cylinders, Tottenham will just edge this close match.
Tottenham Predicted XI:
Lloris, Trippier, Vertonghen, Dier, Rose, Wanyama, Dembele, Alli, Son, Eriksen, Kane
Monaco Predicted XI:
Subasic, Sidibe, Gilk, Jemerson, Mendy, Bernard, Fabinho, Bakayoko, Lemar, Mbappe, Germain
Prediction: 2-1 Tottenham
Real Madrid C.F. vs Sporting Clube de Portugal - (-168)
Just like Tottenham, Real Madrid had a stellar week as they beat their rival Atlético Madrid in the Madrid Derby 3-0 (Highlights). Madrid's main man Cristiano Ronaldo scored all three goals for Los Blancos as this is possibly the worst time to play Real Madrid. Now they go to Portugal to play against Sporting where all eyes will be on Ronaldo as he goes back to his home country. With Ronaldo, Bale, and Modrić all looking in great form, getting Madrid with these odds is an absolute steal.
Madrid Predicted XI:
Navas, Carvajal, Nacho, Varane, Marcelo, Kovacic, Modric, Isco, Vasquez, Ronaldo, Bale.
Sporting Predicted XI:
Beto, Douglas, Jefferson, Oliviera, Esgasio, Silva, Elias, Cesar, Ruiz, Castaignos, Andre.
Prediction: 3-1 Real Madrid
FC Porto vs F.C. Copenhagen - (+144)
FC Porto looks to clinch a place in the round of 16 as they go up against F.C. Copenhagen. Porto is in second place with seven points and Copenhagen is right behind them with five. With how close the teams are in the table this makes this match a cup final as if both teams want to be secure in locking up a spot for the later rounds they need to win this game. For this reason, I think Copenhagen will come out and try to attack Porto which will leave them vulnerable at the back. I think it will be close, but Porto will edge it.
Copenhagen Predicted XI:
Olsen,Jorgensen, Johansson, Ankersen, Augustinsson, Kvist, Falk, Delaney,Toutouh,Cornelius, Pavlovic
Porto Predicted XI:
Casillas,Felipe, Pereira, Marcano, Telles, Torres, Otavinho, Danilo Pereira, Jota, Corona, Silva
Prediction 1-0 Porto

According to Alain Vigneault and other sources like SB Nation, Mika Zibanejad; the high flying Rangers forward will be out for 6-8 weeks with a broken Fibula. This is a huge blow for the Rangers and fantasy owners who have the Swede. Even though it sucks, this is sports, you can't dwell on injuries, you just need to move on and replace the player. The first step I would take is to read our blog about bargains in the New York Rangers team (who would be easy replacements for Mika). But every league is different so to make sure you are completely set, here are three players you can replace him with.
Note: No Rangers will be on this list
Brock Nelson - New York Islanders
2016/17 Stats: G: 5, A:7, PPP:3, SHP: 1, +/-: 3
Even though the Islanders have been pretty poor this season, Brock Nelson has been one of the better players for them. The Center/Left Winger has the same amount of goals as Mika Zibanejad and even though his assist numbers aren't as good with his time on the Power Play with John Tavares, he would be an extremely smart pick up until Mika comes back.
Paul Byron - Montreal Canadiens
2016/17 Stats: G: 7, A:5, PPP:0, SHP: 1, +/-: 7
Paul Byron is having an amazing season with the Canadians as he is one of the reasons why they are cruising on top of the Eastern Conference standings. Byron is tied for first on the team with goals (seven) which is even more impressive due to the fact he's seventh on his team in average time ice time (forwards only) with playing just below 14:00 minutes a game. These stats mean two things, when he is on the ice he is always a danger and his time on ice will be increasing as he tallies more goals. Even though he will probably slow down, he is a safe pick for the time being.
Alexander Wennberg - Columbus Blue Jackets
2016/17 Stats: G: 3, A:14, PPP:10, GWG:1, +/-: 6
If you are in 60% of leagues that have Alexander Wennberg as a free agent what are you even doing? The Center for Columbus has an amazing year as he is leading the NHL in Power Play Points with 10 (everyone knows how important PPP's are!). When you look at Mika Zibanejad best assets, his assist record is up there, which is what makes Wennberg the perfect replacement for not just for 6-8 weeks but a great pick up in general. The Blue Jackets have been scoring goals for fun it seems compared to last year as they are in the top 10 in goals this season. He is a must pick up for ANY fantasy owner.
