We take a break for the weekend of the Premier League and focus on the oldest Cup Competition in England as we only have 16 teams left in the FA Cup. We have Derbies, David vs Goliath matches and potential upsets. We are here to preview all eight matches and tell you who's road to Wembley will keep going and of course, who you should put your sweet money on.
Chelsea F.C. @ Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C.
Chelsea - [-300]
Wolves - [+925]
Draw - [+415]
Chelsea goes to 18th placed Wolves in the EFL Championship as Chelsea try to increase their chances of doing the double as the league looks pretty much locked up. Chelsea is just too good for a Wolves team that have been awful this year in the Championship. Also, with the home team trying to stay in the Championship and not get relegated I see them focusing on the Championship over this match which is why I see both teams resting players. No matter who Wolves play Chelsea are just too good. Chelsea to win 3-1.
Oxford United F.C. @ Middlesbrough F.C.
Oxford - [+530]
Boro - [-195]
Draw - [+325]
Middlesbrough try to book their ticket to the final eight as they go up against League Three's Oxford United at home. Boro may not be having a stellar season but it does look like they will stay up thanks to players like Álvaro Negredo and Víctor Valdés. With their manager talking up this match I see them going full force to try to land a place at Wembley Stadium as he said: "a win this weekend and you are 90 minutes away from Wembley". With how motivated Boro will be they shouldn't have any problems with a mid-table League Three side. Boro to win 1-0.
Lincoln City F.C. @ Burnley F.C.
Lincoln - [+835]
Burnley - [-290]
Draw - [+430]
Burnley have been amazing at Turf Moor as they are the fourth place this season in home form. With coming off a stellar draw to Chelsea they will have all the confidence in the world against a team that is in such a bad league they aren't even in FIFA. I love underdogs but sadly, Lincoln will lose and they will finally go out. Long live Ginger Mourinho! Burnley to win 3-0.
Manchester City F.C. @ Huddersfield Town A.F.C.
Manchester City - [-230]
Huddersfield - [+650]
Draw - [+365]
This is a must win the game for Manchester City as this is the only chance they have to win silverware. Going up against the third place team in the EFL Championship as this can be a Premier League clash for next year. The biggest factor for me is that Manchester City's bench is worth so much money, they are so deep and now with Jesus injured I see Sergio Agüero playing in this game which is VERY bad for the home team. I don't see this being a blowout but the away team will win. The Premier League giants will go on. Manchester City to win 3-1.
Leicester City F.C. @ Millwall F.C.
Leicester City - [+133]
Millwall - [+220]
Draw - [+231]
Every round in the FA Cup we have a shock win, this is our shock result. With Leicester looking like they are going to be relegated they have to decide between which competitions are more important. With the Champions League coming up why would they play Vardy and Mahrez (who look like SHIT) against Millwall who is a tough team on and off the field. Millwall has upset Premier League teams this year and they will do it again. Trust me, you don't fuck with Millwall and especially at the Den. Millwall to shock the world at 1-0.
Manchester United F.C. @ Blackburn Rovers F.C.
Manchester United - [-260]
Blackburn - [+800]
Draw - [+380]
Manchester United like many teams around them in the Premier League should go all out for the FA Cup due to the fact they have a massive chance at missing out on the their goal of Top Four. I don't think Manchester United are that good, they are inconsistent but against Blackburn, I think they will get it done. I see players like Rashford, Lingard and Martial playing which could be torture for a Blackburn back line who isn't used to that skill and pace. To keep this short, Manchester United will win 3-0 and it will be an easy and calm day.
Tottenham Hotspur F.C. @ Fulham F.C.
Tottenham - [-128]
Fulham - [+355]
Draw - [+282]
Tottenham has had a shit week, they lost to Liverpool 2-0 and lost in the first leg of their tie against K.A.A. Gent in the Europa League. Without Danny Rose running down the left flank Tottenham look lost all over the pitch as they are having issues scoring goals and defending. Luckily, they seem to be getting back their starting left center back Jan Vertonghen. I see Tottenham lining up with a great squad for this game due to their mananger realizing how important this is to his young team's confidence. Fulham, on the other hand, are in a tight battle to get to the playoff of the Championship so I feel they might take it easy with some of their main players. This game will be close but Tottenham will just edge it 1-0.
Arsenal F.C. @ Sutton United F.C.
Arsenal - [-525]
Sutton - [+1700]
Draw - [+282]
The time has come, Sutton United, the ultimate underdog will meet their maker against English Giants Arsenal F.C. This is going to be must watch T.V. With Arsenal going from their million dollar training rooms and training grounds to a Sutton stadium that looks like a shitty American High School field will be hilarious to watch and it can actually be hard for Arsenal to cope with that change. I think this game will be shockingly close but Arsenal is just too good. Arsenal wins 3-1.
