Philadelphia Flyers vs Columbus Blue Jackets - (+160)
Both teams go into this game coming off games on Saturday, but they had very different results. The Blue Jackets choked and lost to the Rangers 5-4 with 13 seconds left as they have let up ten goals in their past two games. The Flyers won 4-2 over the Lightning as they looked completely dominate. This isn't the Blue Jackets team we have seen for the last month; they are back to making mistakes on the ice and John Tortorella made bad moves in their loss to the Rangers. I think will be a close game, but over the last two games, I haven't seen many positives coming from the defense of the Jackets, even with Sergei Bobrovsky in net. The Flyers will win.
Over/Under Prediction: Over
Edmonton Oilers vs Ottawa Senators - (-102)
Edmonton Oilers are coming off a big win Saturday against the Devils as they won 2-1 in over time. Now they go up north to the capital of Canada as they face the Ottawa Senators. The Oilers are the third best away team in the NHL and the Senators are 15th in the NHL. These teams add up differently but the one pattern that shows is that the Oilers are better in every major stats besides their penalty kill. I don't think that this will be an issue because the Oiler's ninth best offense won't need to rely on their Power Play like other teams. It will be another tight game, but if the Oilers get consistency at the back, they will win this game.
Over/Under Prediction: Under
