As a Tottenham fan, I spent the last couple of days watching memorable goals and matches of my fantastic club to celebrate the club's 134th birthday. After watching players like Jimmy Greaves, David Ginola, Gareth Bale and Paul Gascoigne, I thought I would make a list of our best kits to celebrate the most beautiful club, Tottenham Hotspur. So sit back and enjoy.
5. 1999-2001 Home Kit
Being too young I never saw David Ginola play, I always would watch his highlights whenever I come across them. When I started to search for more of his highlights, I came across his famous FA Cup goal against Barnsley, and I instantly fell in love. 17 years later I feel the goosebumps and excitement those supporters must have felt seeing that in the flesh. After that, I went straight on to look for more and found the photo above (right) of him wearing that gorgeous Spurs shirt with the famous Adidas three lined sleeve. With players like David Ginola, Steven Carr, Steffen Freund and of course Ledley King I wish I could have seen this squad live. Just a shame they had Judas in it.

4. 2013-14 Home Kit
Manufacturer: Under Armor
With us finishing six, having to sack our manager and of course losing a generational talent in Gareth Bale, the 2013-14 campaign was a disappointment to say the least. One of the only nice things we had that season was our home kit. It was a beautiful white shirt with a blue collar and the baby blue HP logo. It is very hard to make every part of the uniform work together anymore due to the sponsors but for this season Tottenham did just that.
3. 2010-11 Champions League Kit
With the combination of the classic Spurs white kits for Europe and the great memories in this shirt, it had to be on the list. This shirt symbolized that the glory nights at White Hart Lane were back. One of the best sights any club can see is the Champions League badge on their clubs jersey. With moments like Bale vs. Inter Milan (Both Matches) and our 1-0 win at the San Siro this shirt showed the passion and excitement that made me fall in love with Tottenham.

2. 1962-1963 European Cup Winners' Cup Kit
These kits are amazing. With the all white kit with the gorgeous retro Tottenham badge, you can't ask for anything better. With players like Jimmy Greaves, Danny Blanchflower, Cliff Jones and of course the legendary manager Bill Nicholson it must have been amazing to see our club trample Atlético Madrid 5-1 in the final.

1. 1989-1991 Home Kit
Obviously, every Tottenham fan knows this was the shirt that we wore in the 1991 FA Cup semi-final when Paul Gascoigne's legendary free-kick helped us beat Arsenal 3-1 on our route to winning the FA Cup. This shirt was worn by players like Paul Gascoigne, Gary Lineker, and Gary Mabbutt but the shirt itself has this beautiful simplicity that is unmatched. It is a clean white shirt with a simple blue collar with designs on the sleeve. My favorite part about this shirt is the THFC on the collar, even though it seems simple it still stands out for me and many fans.

I hope you enjoyed a trip down memory lane with some Tottenham Kit talk. If there is any other "Top 5" you would want us to do just tweet us at @DST_Tweets.
